Introduction
0k33 is a trusted online betting and casino platform in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between 0k33 and all its users ("you" or "user"). Account Closure or Suspension
0k33 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons: violation of these Terms, suspicion of fraud, misuse of bonuses, evidence of operating multiple accounts, or suspicion of money laundering or other illegal activity. If a valid balance exists, it will be returned subject to verification.
Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
Deposits
The following payment methods can be used to deposit funds into 0k33:
- bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay — Mobile Banking
- Bank Transfer — Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major banks
The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 for each method. It may take a short time for the deposit to appear in the account, but the process is generally completed quickly.
Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. The withdrawal process is generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
Applicable terms for withdrawals:
- The withdrawal method must be consistent with the deposit method
- Wagering requirements must be met to withdraw bonus winnings
- Large withdrawals may be delayed if account verification has not been completed
- 0k33 reserves the right to hold a withdrawal if fraud is suspected
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
Welcome Bonus
New users on 0k33 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,000. Or depositing ৳32,000 gives the maximum bonus of ৳15,000 for a total balance of ৳47,000.
Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x, applied only on the bonus amount (not on the total of deposit + bonus). Example: receiving a ৳1,000 bonus means you must wager ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 before withdrawing bonus winnings.
0k33 reserves the right to change or cancel the terms of any bonus offer at any time. If a user is found to have misused a bonus, the relevant bonus and any winnings derived from it may be forfeited.
Betting & Gaming Rules
General Gaming Rules
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled
- Any transaction resulting from a technical error may be considered void
- Any discrepancy in game results must be reported to [email protected] within 24 hours
- Exploiting any bug or glitch in 0k33's game software for advantage is prohibited
- Using bots or automated software to play games is strictly prohibited
Sports Betting Rules
- All sports bets depend on the official result of the relevant event
- If an event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded
- Bets associated with match fixing or any other illegal activity will be considered void
- 0k33 is not responsible for discrepancies in live betting caused by technical delays
- The maximum bet amount on certain events may be limited
VIP Program Terms
VIP Tiers & Benefits
0k33's VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier:
Moving up to a higher VIP tier depends on the user's activity and participation on the platform. 0k33 reserves the right to modify VIP terms and review any user's VIP status. Cashback amounts are determined at the end of each week and are generally credited to the account within the next business day.
